Nice job James.

Nice explanation of all the different model years and all the engines.
A lot of very nice car there too!
And the track scenes of Mark Anderson are... freaking crazy!!!
The one with the Ferrari is realy cool. And all those 911 left behind...
That car is a blast! Wow.

Thanks James to have produce this DVD for us.

I agree it was an enjoyable ride through the history of the 928 right from the front seat of his GTS. Great job will have to watch it again.

smudaaar

What turntable is that? I am thinking of getting back into vinyl again and need recommendations. Still pissed I sold sold my Sota for pennies and they are now triple what they used to be.

Sorry for the Off Topic.

PS: Buy the DVD it is worth it.

Anthony,

I'll go OT with you for a bit... I have a Rega P2 with an RB300 arm and Exact cart. Nice set up... you can find them on ebay for like $550-$650 I think... though it is unusual to find a P2 with an Exact (the cart is $600...about the same as the table). I really like mine.

Thanks for all the kind words and support on the DVD front folks! I am SO GLAD everyone is enjoying it! I know a few folks (other than ME! LOL!) who are on their 4th and 5th viewings! Warms my heart! I had not watched it in quite some time and so watched it on my iPhone yesterday. FUN! Don't really want to do that again, but sure am glad I did this one!

You guys will LOVE the calendar I am working on!!! All photography will be done before the middle of next week and it will be off to print a week after that if all goes well! Keep your eyes peeled!

Thanks I went to my local audio house and the rega came up but he has some killer deals on a used VCI table with SME 5 arm or the newer Sumiko tables with SME arm. I am liking the combo of art and fidelity. Although the rega appears to be the best bang for the $$.

I still have my Pink Triangle with a SME something and Shure V15, very neutral, very revealing. Some day I would like to have a Well Tempered rig, table and arm.

Any chance the DVD's will be at Sharktoberfest with maybe a running demo?

The cartridge industry is dominated by euphonic snake oil, real magic takes a turn table and arm designed with some knowledge of physics and costs some coin to get above a meaningful signal to noise ratio.

Yup! Working on getting a batch of them to Nicole. Was hoping Mark A. would buy a batch of them...I burned a special one for him, but he has been so busy he has not even had time to check it out yet....

That said, Nicole will have a batch of them. Probably only like 20 or 25 (I'll send her all I have left at that time) so you might want to hook up with her quickly to be sure you get one...

Thanks for checking in! She should also have a whole batch of hot off the presses 928 calendars "High Heels & Hot Wheels 2010" available too!
