Default SHARKS AND SHRIMP IN THE BLUEGRASS --- Oct. 9, 10, 11

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to have a 928 event here in Kentucky, and hope anyone that can make it will attend.....!

I'd like to do a big shrimp-boil on Saturday, and we'll have bon-fires at nights.
I'll also have a keg and we can play corn-hole, listen to music, tell stories, and tinker with 928's --- I've got a shop with a lift that will be available to anyone....
Basically, whatever you want to do..... Feel free..... My home is your home....

Bring your sleeping bag and plan to camp here inside or outside.....
Or if you'd prefer, there are hotels nearby..... I'll try to get a rate on a Day's Inn, just a mile or so away....

I'm easy to find..... Just a few miles from I-75, exit 129, in Georgetown, Ky.
More details will follow.....

I'm SOOO in!!!!! This should be a very fun get together. For those that are on a budget, you can camp out - Greg has 12 acres with two barns, a creek, and two unimogs for 4x4 fun!!!! And if you want to hotel it, there are multiple hotels close - like 1-3 miles.

BTW, my avatar is a picture on Greg's property.

OH BTW, is is sacrilege to bring steaks to a Shrimp Boil?

Greg,

If DR is thinking of steak, better change the name to SURF & TURF IN THE BLUEGRASS. :-)

Could you define "corn-hole" for me?

My dictionary defines it as a game I'd rather not play ......

Bruce,

If you replace cornhole with bean bag toss, and look here for what you are aiming for:

It should make the game much safer.

Thanks, John! Talk about a sigh of relief! I never would have guessed. I'll have to quiz some of the folks at the office and see if they knew.

I'm interested, but not in the shrimp. A nice grilled steak sound great, though.

Yep, we were playing Corn Hole at work, and damn stuck up Toyota HR made us change it to "bag toss game" Of course, I'll fire up the grille for steaks too....
So far, it's only up to ten cars.... Perhaps no one likes me....
Come on.... It'll be good....! Unimogs and 4 wheelers welcome too....
Brett, Bruce, James, David..... Come on up / down / over.....
That'll put us at 14, and counting......
