Default Anyplace to get touch-up paint?

Anyone know where I can get touch-up paint for petrol-blue? I just banged into the car in the garage and chipped the paint on my rub strip pretty good.

That's what I get for cleaning up in the garage insted of just sitting on my butt and watching TV on a Sunday.

Any Ideas?

thanks

I would try the dealer first. Porsche touch up paint is pretty good, just don't use the brush they provide unless you want a big blob.

Could try www.automotivetouchup.com.

We've used them a couple of times, successfully.

928 Specialists can get you any OEM colour you need.

Please patronize our 928 vendors, rather than the overcharging dealers!

Thanks, Leslie! I just ordered my paint.

I haven't forgotten about stopping by. I've been crazy busy with getting my son back and forth to camp on the weekends.

Randy I'm glad you mentioned this, I didn't realize they offer it. I agree our suppliers are critical and deserve as much as of our business as possible.

Whoops, my bad. The first time I went looking for paints, oh so many years ago, none of the vendors were carrying it, that I could find, so I located another source. Glad to hear it's available from a vendor now!

As long as you're garaged consistently, factory touchup is fine - if it's not, or if it's a custom color, your best bet is to take it to your local paint shop and have them match it. Take your fuel door or something easily removable, and they can match the exact hue with the correct amount of fade.

I didn't know our vendors carried the paint. I already ordered the paint from the place Leslie suggested, but if it doesn't work out, I'll give DR a call...

Thanks for all of the suggestions.
