Sunday I got around to installing Roger's silicone rear cam seals on my 83. These are pretty neat and very 'green' ( someone found a way to recycle all the worn out Blowup Debbie Dolls). Also very inexpensive. I've never seen this on a Ppart before. Is my car a 'rare' semi-Euro model w/ the high performance Canadian cam caps?

The passenger side [LHD cars] is easy. The driver side cap is a bit more difficult to get to. Gear wrenches will do the trick. Be careful not to over-tighten the bolts.
Damn John,
I was just gonna say the opposite. On the Stepson, it took me a good 2 hours just to get the passenger side rear cam cover off (due to a too close hard line) and probably another hour to get it back on using gear wrenches. The driver side took about 15 minutes total. I was glad I did the passenger side first. YMMV LOL!!
