stolen red Porsche 928s4 WP0JB0926HS860326 two years later
update:
Two years ago a drug addict convinced a township cop (family favor) to help him steal our Porsche 928s4 via document fraud.
To date I have hired 3 attorneys have paid about as many attorney fee's as "Palin claims" , see folks police officers never make mistakes so it gets expensive fighting the blue wall. I think they prey on people knowing most will run out of money prior to anything being resolved. Not me.. I'll work 3 more jobs to fund the fight for my rights and right of property..
As of last week the PA district attorneys office has appointed the PA state Police to investigate this matter. I'm hoping that the State Police do not suffer from the local politics that make township cops so corrupt. I so eagerly want to post all the details but I do not want to share the particulars/evidence in fear that it will aid all the guilty parties involved. Our car has a new owner who acquired it via craigslist without knowing it was a stolen car and he checks this post from time to time probably wondering when the day will come that he finds his driveway empty (as he was put on notice)
I will say the Obama cop drama inspired me to write this update...funny how the mind works.. I've been so busy these past two years, but still wondering bi-weekly if I'll ever see my car again.

Those with the most lawyers win. Govmt agencies have lawyers on contract or their ins company has. Their resource is bottomless. Yours is limited. If 3 dif lawyers were unable to help you then your case is so complex that your chances are slim to none. 3 good lawyers already would have cost you more than the car's worth. Even if you win, you lose. You must have made a mistake somewhere and, legally, it can't be reversed. Buyer's remorse sometimes gets owners into this situation. Just my guess based on limited info you provided. Knowing when to walk away is tough. If 3 lawyers can't fix this, I predict that you're wasting your time and resources.

When you first buy your car, you should *always* run the autocheck/carfax report on the title, and then you should *always* pay autocheck the $50 for their title insurance.
This protects you for life...up to $60,000...against various forms of document fraud that occured prior to your purchase or that were made to later look as though they occurred prior to your purchase.
You should also properly register your car with your state of residence, as well as pay all sales taxes, tag, and title fees.
This protects you against a great deal of potential fraud in the future.
Where car owners tend to get burned is when they are being "clever" by holding a paper title (without registering the car in their state so that they can avoid sales taxes and such) and when they have no title insurance on the car.
That can turn out to be an expensive $50 to "save."
Autocheck.com's title insurance is your friend. Title cloning, duplicate titles, and other forms of document fraud are very real threats, but you are not defenseless against them.
From your post, however, it's clear that you will spend vastly more money on attorneys because you failed to buy $50 worth of auto title insurance on your car.
A painful lesson. Others should learn from your rough experience.

My son and I worked alot of evenings putting this car together. We have invested not only alot of time but money. Please if anyone has seen our 928, contact me.

See, the TEMP tag strongly suggests that you never registered the car with your state.
That surrenders your protection from the state defending your car title.
Using "temp" tags and using "dealer" tags are popular tricks to avoid paying sales taxes and title fees and license/tag fees, but these "tricks" leave the owner extremely vulnerable to document fraud because all that you've got is a paper title...the car isn't registered with your state in *your* name.
You should go to High Schools to teach kids "what not to do" when they buy their first car.
You should know.

My son and I worked on it together, alot of his hard earned money was put into the engine. And you all know how insurance companies work, "money wise" We want it back.
