don't mix somebody else's car theft case with an email address where I helped them find a solution, this laborlawtalk post is not related. http://www.laborlawtalk.com/showthread.php?t=154892

The temp tag is just a picture prior to the theft, the car was insured registered and tagged

Then your issue is with your insurance company. Case closed. Time to close the thread.

Either the insurance company pays because your car was stolen, or else your complaint is with them for not paying.

But the odds are that you are just changing your story. The car probably was on a temp tag because you never listed a License Plate # for anyone to help find/recover the car, plus you *said* that the 928 was on a TEMP tag (quoted and linked above) when it was stolen.

Changing your story won't help you.

It's important to keep a story straight...

temp tag in the window from the dealer, plates on the car from NJ.. the car was taken with my registration. I didn't know my tag number honestly until the second year registration came in the mail , if i had memorized it , surely i would have included it in the original post.

My insurance company is waiting for an answer, no problems with them. keep in mind that i was not able to report the car stolen because a police officer reported that i stole it from his buddy. How does an insurance company pay a claim of theift without a police report?

You are claiming the car was stolen.
You are claiming that you can't file a police report.
You are claiming that your insurance company won't pay.
You are claiming that your car was properly registered and tagged.

Frankly, I doubt that you can back up any of your claims. I doubt that you can post a picture of your 928's title with your name on it, showing that you properly registered the car in your state, for example.

so your saying it's a crime to have a paper tag in the rear window while also having metal tags on the bumpers that were coming on an off with some of the repairs.
It's my 54'th car purchase i understand how titles work

I'm saying that your story keeps changing.
I'm saying that having a paper *title*, not tag, means that you didn't register your car with your state.

In which case, you are SOL.

Show me a picture of your 928's *title* with your name typed on it by the state, not handwritten in.

You can't do it. You'll have excuses, but there is just no way that your ever-changing story can explain it.

I bought the car from a dealer, the delivery guy signed his name on my bill of sale and kept a copy and key without my knowledge and delivered the car. 4 months later he walked into a police( family friend) department and reported that I stole his car. on this day he and an officer(family friend) filed for a duplicate title put the car into the NCIC, the cop drove to NJ and removed my title from the Trenton state DMV center then called my hometown Police department and they took the car.

keep in mind all the paperwork will be shown here after this is resolved. I'm not uploading anything knowing a ****ing Dirty cop helped this along that now will do anything he can to save his ***
