Official 928 Racer List with your car pictured.
If you race wheel to wheel with your 928 and you are on this list, sound off and show your car.
Only post your race car with pics and commnts. 1 post per racer. No chit chat. I was thinking it could be a living catalogue of all 928 racers.
Ill start

Ah, Blythe to be a noobie... The avatar is Blue82 she has 36XX miles on the odo and is an '82 model! Freaking AWESOME! There are only TWO known original cars that can come close (or probably surpass her) one is Kermit and the other does not get talked about much here and I know it has IngramGT. It is an '89 GT in Oak Green Metallic (if the pics are the right color on my monitor) and it has 329 miles on it! Belongs to a friend of mine and Chuck (Kermit's keeper for now).
The Race car was one of Mark Anderson's first big time race cars and I bought it from him (via an intermediary) as a rolling chassis and then put it back together over FAR TO LONG a period of time. Have only raced it ONE weekend, but have had it to the track several more weekends, but not NEARLY enough seat time yet!
Here are some more shots as well as a link to the rebuilding of the car. Enjoy!
Be sure to run the slide show in "reverse" to get the true progression...I didn't realize I was putting the pics in backwards (chronologically) when I uploaded them.

I should also add that due to rules changes in PCA club racing it is no longer a GT2 car, I am hoping it has dropped all the way back to GT4, but more than likely it will be GT3 next time I race it...
