Wow... this looks far from 'trashed'. I wonder if there were ulterior motives in SoftPatch's description...

GOOD JOB!

Sidehatch didn't trash the car, some folks on Rennlist did after checking out the pictures on e-bay - some of the comments were really strange. Sidehatch passed after reading these comments and I was the next high bidder. Actually it worked out great for me as I was able to pick up a really nice 928. Did have a PPI done by a friend in the area.

The rears on the 944 are the same ones as the 928 CS's (16x9).

Nice looking car Guards red polishes up very well!

Gotcha... thanks for the clarification and glad to see it ended up in good hands!

If you ask me, it's nice when that happens, on ebay, and craigslist. It's kept the price down on a few cars I bought, to where even I could afford them.
It's when folks call the seller and go "Dude - That's a sought after car - do you realize how much that car could be worth?", that scares me......
While it is worth quite a bit well sorted - they normally aren't to well taken care of when we first buy them.
It looks like you ended up with a sweet car, and a great deal for you. Glad you ended up with it, for you, and the car!

Nice looking shark!

Mercedes Velour is far superior to Porsche's Silverknit, good choice!

Riggs Brothers here locally did the install - it wasn't cheap, but after it was finished they said their time was underestimated by 50%. I also should thank Roger Tyson for his prompt service and good suggestions to get this car to where it should be.

xpress,
I want to see this thing in person. We need to get together and beat these things up a little.

This and what was said in the original post is exactly why I would never sell a Porsche of any kind here on Rennlist.

Nice car xpress, very happy for you!

Oh, yeah Bill. If I have parts I can help anyone with, I will absolutely try to help my RL brothers and sisters out. If I ever sell, RL will never even know about it. (Except maybe a PM to Crazy Mike )
