Default clutch/trans question

If one is parked on a slight hill with trans in reverse and the clutch is pushed down to the floor shouldn't the car be able to roll??

Sorry for the dumb question but I think my clutch maybe hanging up because I could feel it sitting there on the reverse gear I pulled trans out of reverse with the clutch down engine off with some resistance on the stick and it rolled a bit after

Or does the trans axle lock up some how with the weight on it I have felt this very slight in my 944 but never in any other car

Seems to me if I push the clutch in it should unlock the drivetrain

Am I missing something?

Thanks Jeff

I used your axe and made a hole last month to check the H or T whatever we are calling them this month

I closed them up a bit still need to slowly down shift ...

Going to go try and find that slave movement measurement I think I remember it like being 25 or 35 mm
