Default Wheel alignment shop Tacoma Wa

Is there a recomended wheel alignment shop in the Tacoma Wa. area. Heinrich recomends a Les Schwab store in Tukwilla and I will use them if there is not a 928er recomended shop in Tacoma. I spoke with the local P dealer and they do them for $210.00. Only problem is the last two times they worked on my car they broke and or damaged more stuff than they fixed. They did over $200 damage to the car just doing a PPI. That is when I quit paying them to learn how to work on 928s.
Thanks
Ray

I've used Omni Tire and Brake in Kirkland based on 928'ers recommendations.

I've used Omni in Kirkland also (twice..track car and GT)..no problems at all.. John Davis recently used a local Les Schwab near his house in Puyallup (Canyon Rd) with the latest alignment machines. Sounds like they did a good job for him. Post on PacNW 928 list and I'm sure John will let you know the details...

Hi Ray,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I was trying to find a referral here in Pierce County.

Evergreen Tire on South Tacoma Way used to be THE place, but the guy that used to run the rack has retired. I would suggest going with either of the suggestions above, unless you want to be a trail blazer and try a local Les Schwab and see what happens.

Hey Ray,
Yep we still have the shop, just getting busy with our "real" jobs so less time to go there and "play" . We can always schedule folks in though...with enough lead time.. Got a 84 coming in for a cam timing reset soon...and gonna be playing with a double disk clutch in the near future... let alone trying to get the A/C back in my GT...

Hi Tom and Adam
Glad you are all still there. I will try to stop by and see if I can catch you guys one of these future weekends. I just spent the day changing both tie rod assemblies. When it comes to removing inner tie rod ends Loctite is not our friend.
So far here are the alignment shops I am considering:
Heinrich suggests Less Schwab in Tukwilla.
Stefan suggest Omni in Kirkland.
Tom suggest Omni in Kirkland and Less Schwab on Canyon road.
Adam suggest blazing new trails.
Thanks for all your responses.
