Greg, my friend just told me if you install his LSD he would be more concerned with 0 to 60 mph times than trying to reach the impossible, 200 mph. My friend has that set of BBS RS that he is willing to trade you.

Actually, that has happened to me several times. I don't know where the coolant goes but it comes back after the car cools. Fill the bottle another 1/4" above the seam and you will have no more problems. Never had heating problems but the low coolant light has come on a couple of times before I added more coolant to raise the level above the seam.

Coolant light is tripped by low level and by some pressure variation, yes? IIRC, Porsche designed the light to work off of two sensors wired in such a way that (i think) three out of four combinations would result in a low coolant light. Unless, of course, you know for certain that the coolant in the expansion tank is physically low, I would bet on some funky pressure business.
Also I'm basing this off of a page I skimmed about a month ago in the FWSM, so I could be totally talking out of my ***, but at this point, I think I've read the damn thing cover-to-cover.

Last time I took a friend on a 180 MPH joy ride, I noticed that his seat must have sprung a leak, as his pants were a bit wet and so was my seat. Perhaps it was coolant??!!

That's easy..happens all the time ..since at 180mph the engine has expanded so much that it actually increases the capacity of the block to hold coolant. When you slow down the engine goes back to it's original size .. At over 200 the body panels begin to stretch too..so you may encounter problems with the doors no longer staying latched... (that is why you want a roll cage) LOL
