Here's a photo of where I believe they had it mounted. I would have tested it by now, but it doesn't run as the fuel pump froze up, due to missing tank strainer.

I had the car running and as suggested, pulled the switch. At that moment, I heard a loud " clank " and the car became very loud. I looked under the car and the muffler had fallen off. Obviously, this is the switch for an aftermarket muffler ejector system. Never would have guessed it!
