Sorry i missed this morning guys. I'm trying to scurry and get mine back on the road. After wrenching all morning, all I have left is to reassemble three intake downtubes and half the fuel rail system + coolant refill. If I have any luck, I'll be on the road by tomorrow sometime.

Yes we had a good turnout. Had some new folk there and got reacquainted with some peoples that don't make the trip to Bartonville. Glad to have the people that stopped by the house.
Thanks especially to Doc for his expertise in getting the Jalapeno running again! My bull in the china shop approach just wasn't getting it done at all. (Very fine adjustments on a CIS car) If I had known that Doc would get the Jalapeno running again, I gladly woulda bought his breakfast. (Next time Doc.)
Looking forward to helping Lance get his 86.5 rolling good.

No prob sir, happy to help out. I've been promising to st it up for a while, glad we got it pretty close.
I'm thinking the reason it's bogging at high rev is maybe it's the wrong model dist on that car. If you can find the PN on the side, and compare it to what's supposed to be on there, that would be good. Or, it might be the right one, but we still have a bit of tuning to do. Alas, it'll have to wait until July.
Good to see everyone again, I hope we can meet in or around Arlington regularly.

Sorry I missed this one, just saw the thread after the fact. I'm a new DFW member.
Black / Tan 89 928s4 since January. Flew to Kentucky to see it and drove it back to Fort Worth, Texas.
Daring but grinning the whole way and no issues except being pulled over by a cop in Texarkana at 2:00AM only wanting to know what kind of car it was ?!?!

Just was wondering... ...is there going to be one in July, and if so, when? I know its always the 1st saturday of the month, but I believe that would make it July 4th. Now, I have no plans for that morning (other than sleeping in) But being that some people might have plans relating to the holiday, I wasnt sure if it would be cancled, or pushed back.

If I'm going to drive in a parade, then it will be in a black GTS!

We don't know what our plans are for that weekend, lots of options but I'm thinking about staying home for the 4th. But that is not up to me.
I'm up for the parade if I can get some AC going in my car.
