Well, I guess put on a new HB and see how it looks, probably everything will line up LOL!

Yes.


Now that harmonic balancer is usless, just use the screwdriver to find TDC, see the mark on the harmonic balancer and move the cams 6 teeth and then lock flywheel and pull everything apart.

assemble in the same way and then, fine tune.worst case you will be a tooth off or so, but you can change that when you have it all together and are beginning to tighten things up.

Should I count 6 teeth from the measured Tdc on piston # 1 to establish the 45 Degrees BTDC to make sure the cams don't crash if they rotate.
