I have never actually seen Tim's car, I was going off of the Zinmetallic color he lists in his avatar. I had an old Trooper that looked gold in some light and silver in others. His avatar looks gold to me too.
Again, I am sure that Dave is right, I have had the pleasure of talking to Tim on the phone, but never met him or saw his car.

robot808, I love Luther's quote, but I believe that he died in 1546.

Tim's a great guy. I've missed seeing him here and in the real world for a while. Hope all is well.

Robot808-- Saw in your sig. "Short shifter, Shift gate". Are those Carl's products? How do you like the Gate? Any easier to find gears? Or just for looks? I have been thinking about trying the short shifter and like the look of the gate. Any pic's. -tip's on install?
Thank's John

schultcd, yeah, I'm pretty sure this is a different Martin Luther. This guy was from Seacaucus, NJ.

ice-hot, i like the short-shifter alot. I actually got that from Roger. The gate is cosmetic, but I really like it. there are some here who don't believe that metal belongs in the interior, but it's my interior and I like it,

Yup, no 928 on this trip. I was in the 2000 Silver 911 instead.
