Jimmer and Flick - why don't you drop it? Brett came to the 928 forum, posted his stuff and pics. We have been entertained and somewhat impressed by his car. From what I can tell he had no axe to grind with you here until you sought him out and began deriding him. Whatever angst exists between Brett and you should remain on your other forums where it began. To hassle him here does nothing to improve or enhance the purpose of this forum. There are tons of smart people here who can evaluate perfomance claims and many like me who appreciate the extents individuals go through to modify/enhance the performance envelope. To carry in dirty laundry from some other yard just is not good. The personal attacks, from all sides, is unnecessary and is truly only relevant between the involved parties.

There were a couple....like the famous Pendine Sands ( a miles long flat beach) but they have stopped people using them now
The best in the Uk are a couple of old ex WW11 runways which are only around 2 miles long
Unfortunately they also usually have 105 DB limits...(mine is 115 to 125) they lose the noise limits IF its a "Private day"....but those cost around £15,000 to hire the track for a day, which is a little more than I planned to spend lol (around $28,000)
Very occasionally an RAF station opens up its runways for charity events and that is likely to be my best hope.
