Blame it on the 6-pack of MIKE'S Hard Lemonade Jeannie came home with a little while ago. :-)

Hey fella’s,

If anyone is interested in meeting at my place on the way down I-75 through Georgetown, Ky. or even folks coming west across I-64...... There will be a few of us meeting here at 9:00AM..... If your timetable works for this or you'd care to arrange it so that it does..... Please feel free to join up with us..... Here's the address and directions......

Leaving here at 9:00AM…… (Friday Morning.....)
My address is 384 Sims Pike, Georgetown, Ky. 40324 ...... Give me a head's up if you intend to be here...... My cell number is 502-863-5144

If you’re coming from up North, just take 75 South to exit 129, and turn left at the end of the ramp…. Go to the third light and turn left on to Sims Pike….. (This will be directly across from Toyota Gate 5) I’m 8 tenth’s of a mile down this road, on the left…..

From Louisville, come 64 East to 75 North, then take it to exit 129, bear right at the end of the ramp….. Go to the third light and turn left on to Sims Pike….. (This will be directly across from Toyota Gate 5) I’m 8 tenth’s of a mile down this road, on the left…..

Best,
Greg

That store a half mile away won't accept plastic of any kind. I do belive that they still have Kenny Chesney piped in-same as last year if anyone went to the car wash. I suggest the Ingles grocery in town for beverage purchases.
FYI there is a fair sized group of Boxsters in Blowing Rock this weekend. BRBS.org is the link I believe.
Safe travels everyone, and If I can offer any assistance to DR, or anyone planning on attending next week - let me know. I live right here in beautiful little Spruce Pine(known as Spruce Pizzle to the locals)

Whalebird-

Thanks! Nice link. . .
Unfortunately it looks like we miss the Boxster crowd this year (well, unless some are making SITM a two-weekend event!); we have overlapped in the past.
~~~~~~~~~~
Greg-
Thanks for the edit (I was wondering if it would work!)
I hope to be through Bowling Green earlier than your departure, so I will miss your group - if that is even close (no map at the moment)...
~~~~~~~~~~

Rixter-

Gonna be hard to find you this year in a WHITE Shark! Wow!
~~~~~~~~~~
Andrew-
A new lucky travel emoticon for you and your shark:
Safe travels to all -- and watch for rubber on the roads (seriously).
I think in local vernacular, it would be constued more as slang than the above mentioned literal definition. In context, ie the following: When the 928s com to the mountains, they will drizzle the shizzle all over the hizzle in Spruce Pizzle.
