Whoa folks! Whoaaaa....

The Optimoly HT is neither copper anti-seize nor aluminum-seize.

It is high-pressure grease. That is what you want on your clutch parts, not anti-seize.

Doesn't HT stand for "high temperature?"

maybe, but it is for high pressure areas, so by default I'm sure it can handle heat

^^^ Well I'll be ...
If I'd known you stock it I would have been able to make an even greater contribution to your retirement fund ... and saved myself the searching to get it here.

BTW ... my 82 complete Sachs clutch kit (PP, release, etc) included a small sachet of the EP spline lubricant.

Per WSM 30-6c, "Lubricant 'Optimoly HT' has been replaced by 'Optimoly Olista Longtime 3EP'. To be used on clamping sleeve, drive shaft, clutch release lever, guide tube and clutch release bearing."

Do y'all read that to mean that Olista should be used everywhere HT was called for, or that HT should still be used on the clutch parts that aren't enumerated (pressure plate…)?

IIRC when you order by part number you get the 3EP and if you pull back the Porsche label that's what you see.

Yes. As long as there's no confusion or errors in the WSM about where anti-seize should be used and where high-pressure grease should be used.
