No, they are new made according to the description:
"These are manufactured by Pilkington Triplex- OEM for British cars and many other fine European models. They have the green tint throughout with the top few inches green shade band."
The vendor is 'prosourceglass' out of Andover, Mass. They charge $25 for packaging and freight is usually between $100-140 (per description), and it says there is a warranty -but no details in auction.
