SRP 928 Racing Pedals - As low as $64
Hello,
My name is Brian and my company is SRP. We are now a Rennlist Sponsor. SRP has been specializing in racing pedals since 1995. I know there are a lot of choices out there for pedals for your Porsche. I do hope you will find the time to look over our many options as we have pedals for all budgets and for all purposes. Our pedals are made to fit your vehicle specifically. You do have to drill holes to mount the pedals. Once installed, they are a part of your car with no chance of coming off. Our pedals are designed for performance enthusiasts, offering much improved heel toe placement and the highest levels of grip.
I have set up a discount coupon for Rennlist members.
Just enter: rennlist while checking out for 20% off.
------------------------------------
Here is the pricing for the pedals:
The retail price for the Machined finish 928 pedals is $129 plus shipping. This price includes the footrest.
Add $10 for Satin
Add $50 for Grid, Block or Cleats
Using the discount coupon code, rennlist, the pricing is:
Machined: $103.20
Satin: $111.20
Grid, Block or Cleats: $143.20
plus shipping
I have updated the website to allow ordering the pedals without the footrest. This reduces the Machined finish cost to $79 retail, or $63.20 with the coupon. The 928 has the largest footrest of any car we've made pedals for. This results in a very expensive footrest.
------------------------------------
We have 5 different surface finishes to choose from.
The following pictures are to show the different surface finishes. The Satin and Grid are the most popular. There is only one picture of 928 pedals below. The other pictures are for reference since the outside shapes are different, but the detailing is the same. We have changed the holes on the Grid 928 pedals, so the picture below is not accurate. I apologize for the lack of pictures. The current 928 Grid pedals look more like the other pictures below, with much more holes in them.
GRID +$50
928 Pedals below
SATIN +$10
MACHINED
BLOCK +$50
CLEATS +$50
After many years of people asking how the grip compares to factory, and me telling them they are great, I finally got around to doing some testing to show just how much grip they do have. Below are the results of the testing. Just to clarify, the wet test was NOT done with water, but with Armor All. We wanted to do a worst case scenario type test.
Also, just to clarify, we used to make our Grid pedals with flat tops, instead of pointy tops. After doing this testing we have switched all our Grid pedals to the "Pyramid" pointy top style.
DRY
WET
Not the greatest installed photo, or a 928 for that matter, but it's all I can dig up right now.

Brian - So how is your sale going for 928 pedals?
I did order a set - its a nice deal and I've been thinking about it for a while - the main thing holding me back was the lack of a set specific to a 928... and noted fitment issues from others on adapted pedals from 911's etc.

So far the response for the 928 pedals has been a little lukewarm. We've been doing this since 1995, but people in the Porsche community think we are new to this since they haven't heard of us. Many of the products out there are rip-offs of our products and ideas. Hopefully people will recognize that we have, in my opinion, the best product combined with the best price. Even without the Rennlist discount we have one of the lower priced products on the market, and maybe the only one specific to the 928 (not sure about this). The 911 gas pedal is the same, but the brake, clutch and footrest are very different.
We did finish your pedals today and they will ship tomorrow. I am going to take some pictures before shipping. Please let me know how they fit and how you like them. If there are any issues let me know.
Thank you,
Brian

Very nice. Really like the look of the blocked pedals. I assume the brake and clutch pedals screw on top of the stock pedals. Do you include a thread tap for your screws? What about the gas? Does it replace or go over the stock pedal?
Finally have you thought of annodizing them to match car or interior colors?

I've looked into anodizing, powdercoating, etc. in the past. Too many different options to make everyone happy. I've had people want black, red, blue, and on and on. I try to keep things simple. I also have to worry about wear. The aluminum is going to wear with use. If you have black pedals and get a shiny silver worn spot it is going to stick out. The worn areas on the uncoated aluminum don't stand out too much, and I think actually add character.

Do you mean a picture of the AT brake or purchasing the AT brake pedal alone? I can get a picture of the AT brake pedal sometime soon. As for purchasing, I can do that too. I don't have an official price for that, and it depends on the surface finish you would like. If you would like more info on this then email/pm me which finish you would like.

I posted some installed pictures on Brian's new 'black anodized' thread - but should put them here too... for reference. Very happy with them - fit, look, functionality, great grip on brake & clutch...
