Default Leaking radiator

I noticed my coolant was low so I topped it off. Next day low again, so I popped the hood after a drive and noticed I was losing coolant down the radiator from the upper hose area. I hooked a pressure tester to it and it seems to be from the plastic end tank. I've attached a video of the leak, you can FF to about 20 seconds if you want to skip my fumbling around. Are the end tanks replaceable? Is that something a radiator shop has to do, or can I do it myself? Anybody done it themselves and wants to share their how-to? Who carries the end tanks, Roger?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, a radiator shop can sometimes replace the tank ends, but it is a old radiator and a new aftermarket one was just unveiled here last week at a very attractive price.

I think all of the "big 4" vendors offer all-aluminum radiators now. The world will be a better place if all 928 radiators with plastic end tanks go the way of the dodo bird IMHO. They will all leak someday, it's only a matter of "when"... sorry that your time is now.

Buy the aluminum radiator. One piece and no more leaks. The cost in the long run is far cheaper than replacing the side tanks a few times. Remember, the least amount of parts the better.
