Wow. I am trying to not feel any buyers remorse.

[In all honesty, I don't feel any. I've got a black on black 65k actual miles five speed '87 with a likely squirter block. Which's is what I wanted. I might have overpaid by $1500, but $1500 is worth it for having the car you were looking for.]

But this does validate my general point from the threads past that the prices of the manual cars have to adjust.

If the oil filler neck is aluminum and not plastic, it is a squirter engine, IIRC.

In additon to the aluminum neck, if the intake manifold doesn't have ribs on it then it is probably a squirter block.



The price on this GT is amazing especially considering the condition. Seems like most of the major mechanicals have also been addressed. Hope an enthusiast gets it and we get to see more of it!

I agree, when even GTS's are going for less than $20k, these 5 speeds should be around $10k. Which puts my S4 in the $5k range.
