And as I read this thread it appears as if Dean had already changed out the fuse/relay panel, cleaned the grounds, checked the wiring, and had the same problem.
No... thats not what I read... Dean changed out several things and solved some of the initial issues - but continues to have a very localized problem with heating in the end part of a wire to the same fuse...
Ergo - the connection issue isn't fully solved yet - so its not time to move on -there is still obvious work to be done here... and the heat tells us exactly where.
My point again is to methodically solve the known most obvious symptom fully - then move on to the next step.
