I think I'll take my headaches and bills for a drive this afternoon. I suggest you do the same. G

Default Why do you feel this way?

Is it because of your own experience or someone you know?

Can you explain?

Well, I think I see where Brutus is coming from. We here are all converts, but what he's talking about is the fact that the car never caught-on enought to live-up to its sales expectations. Therefore, though we are crazy about them collectively on Rennlist, there is no reason to believe that they have surged in popularity overall, meaning there is still a low demand for them amongst car buyers of all types.

More for us at lower prices. Less potential to flip a car for big profit, or view one's own as a fast-appreciating asset. Deflates some of us, bolsters some of us. But fact is, demand is less than supply now as before.

I'm sure he will chime in with his own view, but I think this is the kind of thing he meant.

I think the reason they stopped making them is pretty well documented. It didn't take long before everyone who wanted one and could afford it had one. There was no used car market for 928s. None. Those who wanted one and could afford it, bought a new one.
