Hello, new here, lurking for a couple weeks since I bought a 80, 928 a couple weeks ago for a 'project' car. I'm hoping the 'project' part is mainly the interior, I know, I know...

I 'm getting the vehicle finally tomorrow and what I know I'll need is new dash, glovebox, and spedo cluster with working gear and not the 85mph gauge. Also looking for the some of the 'disk' wheels as mine has the phone dial ones.

I'll give a formal introduction with some pics in a couple weeks.

It would be helpful to know if you need the interior pieces in leather or vinyl and what color.

Sorry, new. Black leather interior, console appears to be leather. I can't tell about the dash from the pics, I'll have the car tomorrow maybe should have waited until then.

black is easy. The great majority of US 928 have vinyl dash, pod and center console. But many of the early cars, like yours, had leather from the factory.
