Not too wild about the finished product. They certainly are proud of the roll cage. It seems as if most of the video was dedicated to photos of it.

Yeah, why? The M5 V10 is worth more $$$ than two 928s. I guess the answer is "because we can"!!!

Because the M5 motor is one of the best powerplants ever put into production.

I am a big M5 fan. Althought the car looks like a hack job, and the video was worthless I would love to see and hear it run.

I also have a favorable view of the M5 V10, but the M5 gearbox by the way sucks for anything else except highways on light traffic. I drive one when it's not convertible weather, and can't keep up with stock Honda Civics in Boston traffic.

That is a V8 btw..!
From the E39 model, the former M5 model.
400 hp and 500 nm I believe.
Still pretty potent in an old, stripped out 928!
