Default what does this do?

I found a small blower motor in my backyard bone yard.

it has several parts numbers on it:

Bosch (APK 12V)
0 130 002 810

Behr
94 181 79 725
94 181 79 715

(triangle with "P" in it)
928.624.113.01

the motor itself is about 3 inches long and about 1.5 inches in diameter.

it has a small fan attached on one end with a hose one that same end.

electrical connections are on the opposite end.

I have researched the parts numbers on the 'net, but haven't found anything conclusive......

any ideas?

thanks--

As a guess - inside temp sensor blower - sits behind the little round grille in the console

It pulls air past the inside temp sensor so it gets a more accurate reading of the cabin temp.

Other cars with automatic climate control have a little fan for the interior temp sensor as well. It's hard for a sensor to measure interior air temp when all the air inside is static. I just found out a couple of days ago (the hard way) that the fan and sensor are not one unit like most other cars. Too bad you didn't post this a little earlier.
