It doesn't show up on any of the usual parts lists. What is it? Does it have an "R" at the end of the number?

Ive had it out, its some kind of relay, Ive cleaned the contacts and put it back.

Weird the 918 part is a odd number.....618 is more common. My guess is a noise supressor for a radio unless you saw points inside.
