I once saw a black 928 with a bright red leather interior (excluding the black dash doors etc.). I loved it, although it's probably not what you're thinking. I wish I had a pic of it because it really was awesome.

I have a black car and am going with classic grey where it has tan now, seats, door inserts and rear console. The other parts are black and staying that color. I might also consider a carpet set to match the grey.

My thinking is the grey is much lighter than black, yet should still be low maintenance
