Hate to get off topic, but the fender flares on your 82 in your avatar look great. How about some more pictures of that car????

Only the real Koenigs had the front fender extensions like this. The replicas, such as from Erebuni and others did not (such as the Phat widebody).

How do you know that is fact? I mean where can I go to document that? other than a receipt from Koenig for the installation. Nice car by the way!

Yes Glenn beautiful car!! I'm glad you decided to do the 5spd.swap in her instead of selling the silver car.I would pay more for a 5spd.Strosek than an auto.

Nice car Ed. I remember when you posted it just after you did all that work. Have you had any problems with the shaved door handles yet? They really clean up the lines of the car quite a bit.

Thanks Fabio,no problems yet,but I can't take the credit for the work.I acquired the car from Darkside who did it.It is nice and I enjoy it.The mirrors have to go but not sure what and where to replace them with.
Any ideas about that wide body I posted a few posts ago?

Is that one in FL? If so, it's not on my radar unless it's the stroker widebody that was in Orlando. I actually haven't seen that one, only heard stories from a shop that worked on it. It appears to be in pretty rough shape in those pics. At first it looked like it might have a cage in it but upon a closer look I think that was just some black interior pieces that were contrasting against some red body panels. What do you know of this car?

The car was chopped up and sold off as parts. Now the parts being sold as a Genuine Gemballa Superwide Kit worth 10G's man!!! I was trying to buy them but some "custom shop that modifies 928"s in Colorado" bought them. This was the reason for my starting this thread because I don't think this is a Gemballa kit at all.I have never seen one this wide before. It looks more like an AIR kit, which you can still buy new so why would someone want a used one for more than double a new one? Now,If it were a true authentic Gemballa kit that could be documented, and can no longer be had, then the perceived value would be there.Maybe not 7-10K dollars but more than say a knock off kit.
Do you know of any widebody cars for sale or someone who does?

Thanks, I like it, it looks so clean. Agree about the mirrors but everything else is all good.

Yehaw!! Real nice!!$30,000 for a 35,000 mile 1991 S4 Auto.So for arguments sake, what would everyone here think of that price if it wasn't a Koenig? Just a nice low mile 1991 S4?
