I agree went over the old and new logs and found the same thing.
The change has been the 4" intake pipe to the Maf.
This is with the new pulley and the old chip set.
I plan on changing the pulley back to the lower boost 5 Lb's. and see how it looks.
It's possible that my fuel pressure is dropping so I will test it under load.
I agree on the fuel pressure but the Maf would control it. I have an adjustable Maf so it could be off but it sits at 2.7 V at idle. My old logs show an Maf idle of 2.9V so I wonder if this could be a problem the base line is off from old logs.

Well, I'd put that 5 psi pulley back on (until you get this straight), reset the idle MAF voltage back to the 2.9 you had before and see what changes. I know it is different than the 2.7v bench value, but the 2.9 was what was measured on the car before. As far as I know as the MAF volts rise, so will the injector duty cycle to compensate for the additional airflow. That should richen things up a bit, and just make sure the WOT switch is getting tripped.

Hopefully it is that simple!

JIM; MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!
My mind is running as I work on my 82 on the lift and run back to the 86 sometimes I forget what I am working on. I need to get these wrapped up before the Feb get together.

If anyone has an interest in looking at my data logs I can send them out via e-mail P.M me. I could not upload them you will need to download this free software first.
I have 3-files one with original maf location, under fender location and new 4" intake pipe relocation to stock position. The new 4" is the one that is running lean let me know.

Mark, based on the log file you sent all looks good.
2nd gear WOT shows a pinch rich but definitely safe zone.
The boost is leveling off so tighten the tensioner spring a little more and wick that bad boy right up to 6 grand in 2nd and let us know how it goes.

Update:
I talked to Mark last week and he said the car is running great. At that time he wasn't able to log a WOT run in 2nd gear because according to him the car tries to go sideways whenever he floors it in 1st or 2nd. He either needs a warmer day for tire hookup or more of an open road to make a 3rd gear run. Safe to say the car is making some serious power.

I didn't want to let this thread end like a hanging chad you Floridians are infamous for.

If I can ever get my sold 82 off of my lift and stop ordering cosmetic parts and repairing dash issues on my 85 Euro I'll really go for a drive really .
I really like this Euro it looks sad "now" but just wait it's all the car Porsche should be.
