So, if you bought a new car cover, and the car was completely wet underneath after a rain storm, and then it got cold and the water under the cover froze the cover to the car, this would be considered normal? I'm just trying to understand what the expectations are, because this $160 cover listed itself as being weatherproof but breathable, dust-proof, and has a fast dry time...
Being completely inexperienced with car covers, I didn't take "breatheable" to mean porous, however, so the amount of water under the cover was a surprise to me. Not to mention the freezing to the car part.
The "dry time" I understood to be how fast it dried on the surface, but what do I know...it must have meant something else.
So is the cover acting as it should? Or should I be trying to find another one?
