Confusion. Great. I thought the best anti-seize for aluminum against steel was zinc-based or metal-free. Graphite was a no-no. Copper I wasn't too sure about, but since many of the copper-based ones have graphite in them as well and are electrically conductive, which promotes corrosion between dissimilar metals, I avoided them. Looks like Porsche is equally confused. But at least they seem to indicate the shoulders or "calottes" should be coated, although mine never have.
BTW, on a related topic - anti-seize on spark plugs going into aluminum heads, here's a bulletin from NGK that says no, at least on initial installation.

Fun and games.

BerNard94:
You do have much more complete bulletin records than most of us. I do have that 2-9102 where Porche said no anti-seize on spark plugs for all models retroactively. I've never lubed the plugs despite the casual references to steel in aluminum needing something to prevent galvanic corrosion and not had any problems. I do use a torque wrench on the plugs.

I used to put a dab of oil on the spark plug threads on my ex-Audi (all 5 of em plugs)
Just figured it was easier to screw them in wet and hoped to heck they would not jam and leave me with a stuck plug with a broken head on the next removal.
Really don't want to hear about heli-coil and spark plugs. Probably won't work anyways.

The maker of Never Seez, Bostik, has a product Blue Moly, doesn't contain graphite or copper. 8oz brush top cap is $17.99 should work fine for alum to steel fastening. Do a google search and will get hits on different suppliers.

However, I have been using the Permatex 80078 anti-seize lubricant for aluminum up to now and not the Castrol Porsche recommended equivalent.
