with some careful hammering that fender might just be saved it looks like the PU was pulled out of both of the fenders so there might be some other rework to get the PU to fit correctly.
Whats with the export only?? Are shipping companies trying to make extra cash now???

The terms are UGLY ...." We do charge a fee of 150 USD to register and browse through our marketplace. As a winning bidder, you pay the final auction price, auction buyer fee, and export brokerage fee, which are collected by us prior to the vehicle being shipped from the auction location. There is also a charge for title shipment from us to your shipping agent, which is generally $35 USD.

7. What is an Export Brokerage Fee?

An Export Brokerage Fee is a standard fee that helps cover the cost associated with sourcing products, marketing auctions, running the marketplace and managing services such as payment collection, fulfillment and export documentation preparation for your vehicle . Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard buyer's Export Brokerage Fee is 295 USD regardless of the final auction price. .... " Did I mention UGLY ! So $480 PLUS a buyers fee !! Company based in Canada probably does not have the proper licenses to sell cars in the U S A ...so export only.

My guess was that the company is there to make money from foreigners like me by buying the vehicles on my behalf (eg. they are not the seller) & then adding all the 'extra' charges to facilitate the export. A bit of Googling has found the selling company to be Copart Salvage Auto Auctions (503)981-0038 ,for anyone in the US I doubt there are any fee's over & above standard salvage auctions fee's.

That was what I thought as well that they were making money selling the lists much like the adds for repoed houses , government auctions , tax lein sales etc. The business is selling the lists ! The picture of the "headquarters" just means they have a P O box or small office

If anyone is interested I'm about 3 minutes from where the car is. I'll bet Copart will sell outside of Export blah blah blah.
