Would this photo attract buyers to this 928??
Saw this S4 on ebay, the following photo is shown in the description. Personally I think it would detract me from buying the car. If I were looking at it. Plus you could add some funny captions as well...

He should have titled that picture:
"I even spent $25 getting it half-assed cleaned at Auto Bell after I bought at the local used car auction for $2000"
Pin hooking car flippers are so funny.

IMHO car washes are among the worst thing you can do to your paint. The water is re-cycled, which throws the PH way off the chart. The filters used, if the are even maintained, only filter the biggest particles out. If the brushes contact the car they leave marks. If it's brushless then the soap used is so strong that it strips any wax off the car. The towels those finish guys use are not what any of us would use on a paint job we care about.
Back to the picture; if the PO used a car wash I would be inclined to look elsewhere.

I would still check out the car if I were interested. Strange photo for sure, when trying to sell your 928....

scary thing is I was green enough to bid on this car in an auction a few months ago. I was very close to the current BIN price, mine was the final bid and was below reserve. IIRC their BIN price was over 14 K back then.
I'm glad I didn't get stuck with it.

The picture is fine, but I think the description should be changed.
"You are bidding a Porsche (porshhhh) 928. This is the same type car used in the movie Scarface. Everywhere I go, it attracts a lot of attention and here's a picture of the car that I took while at the local 7 Eleven. A bunch of guys were taking a closer look while I was inside the store and they were really careful about not leaving finger prints on the car.
The car currently has the 16 inch forged club sport wheels, but I will also include a set of chrome 24's.
Peace"
