Give me a call when you get up here, I should be at Rogers pretty late, that or will be doinking in my garage. Have 3 cars to get done by that night.

Speaking of odd colors, whats up with that copper one of yours?

Barring a bad call today from Mat, we should make it up to DFW Friday afternoon. If we get in early enough I am hoping to stop by Rog's shop.

Look forward to meeting you sometime.

Now that he has had a ride in a 928, a friend/co-worker is seriously searching for his first one. I believe he is lurking around here somewhere. If he gets one, that will be the 6th person I know/heard of in Austin with one. I think James was saying we should set up an Austin get together.

Once I get off my *** and put a starter in it, get it cleaned up and put the front bumper on it, might sell it, might drive it, who knows what we are going to do with it.

I'm up for an Austin GTG. XMas week is out for me but any other time is good. How about everyone else?

Saturday morning good?

My car is out of commission until.... probabably after x-mas at the rate I'm wrenching. I'm the office at noon on Sat. But, if anyone wants to see what a 928 looks like on jackstands without a transmission, they're welcome to drop by. No wrenching, but the coffee might still be hot.
I think we should set an absolute date and say whoever can come be there. Might be one car, or might be a dozen, at least it would be on the books. Second week in january, Rudys on 620?

Hi all, yes that's me in the Raspberry Red GTS. I'm just above Zilker Park so do the S. Lamar cruise every day to and from work.

I missed James for the Hill Country 928 weekend as I came over for the drive Sat morning and he was apparently there Friday eve.

Awesome, lets make it happen! I'll pass the word along to the non R-list guys in town.

Tom, I work on Toomey road, right behind Shady Grove. Great part of town you live in.

I am out of garage space and still have a spare car. I would be willing to sell my '84 at a reasonable price. It is VERY NICE, though a good work over with a leather interior restoration kit would make it EXCELLENT inside. The stereo is crap, the A/C works, the car leaks nothing (well gas if you over fill), but the central warning system is out on it. I have a replacement brain for that...

Burgundy outside, Can Can (or Lipstick if you prefer) and black interior. I like the car personally. Wife not so much. It has 108k miles and I am in it for $7k. Yours for the same... Good but not new rubber all around. Oh, spare set of the gold rims too. Not as good as those currently on the car, but you can't get the gold ones refinished anymore it seems...tires are decent on the spare set of rims too.

James,
I will talk to Gary, he is still looking. I doubt I would have to twist him arm very far to get him to come over one of these evening to take a look.

There are some great roads around here for a drive ... ever tried Falcon Ledge? I used to use it as a shortcut between buildings at my old job ...

Jan 11th at Rudy's sounds great BTW
