I am in the process of installing an X-pipe on my 89, S4. Car is on jacks, cats taken off and I realize the clamp straps that where sent with the x-pipe are different sizes. One is 2 1/2" the other is 3". What gives? Will they both work? Thank you

One joint is smaller than the other. Thats why there are two different sizes.
The joint nearest the engine is the larger size.

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?
