Default SD alignment suggestions???

Some family stuff is astern <that's BIZ speak >, so car projects are back on.

While doing an oil change yesterday I noticed the fronts are downright scary. A new set of P Zero's are on the way so it's time to find an alignment shop.

This will be just a front-end.

When did you get a 928?

Sears Auto.

I think there's one over in Chula Juana

There is a great place across from the train station in Solana Beach that I used. They were not cheap, but very thorough. I did not use them for the 928 though. I used Firestone in Mira Mesa for the 928, which also worked well.

Every time I walk into sears I have a distinct feeling of disappointment. I would be very leery to use them for anything.

Last four-wheel was a trip to Anaheim, I wish I had brought my Mind Over Motorsports numbers to get it right.

No corner balancing so Sears just may work.

The Sears at UTC wouldn't do my 928. The place across from the Solana Beach train station did my 996, and did a fantastic job. It was fairly pricy.

My last visit to Sears Auto was okay, but going to their main store for a visit to the tool section distinctly reminds me of K-Mart right before they started closing down all their stores. It's really quite sad.

**UPDATE**

Went to Sears, thanks Andy & Mr. V, and since I was first car of the day got a chance to talk with the wrench and showed him the numbers to be matched. Only thing out was Toe... and bad!

A trip up to C2 Motorsports for Steve to mount the new Pzero's and I'm ready for some "break-in" time.

The wrench at Sears even arranged for a $$ back guarantee.

Considering the PS rack rebuild, even grandkido could have hit that nail on the head!

Which Sears?
Over in Bill's neighorhood, TJ..... er, Chula Juana.

Seriously, they might be able to pull off a front alignment... a four-wheel, pack a lunch. The "out" is your eccentric tool.

..and yet you couldn't

Good they (sears) did this for you. Others keep in mind that they turned away Amy's 993 for a 4 wheel .

Brian, talk to Steve at C2. We know a guy (John) that may have a machine that will work on our cars and he listens. He'll even let you sit in the car if you so desire. I'd give you the info on him but I think he changed shops.
