Welcome momcha, usually this info is in the owners manual. and most if not all of your questions should be answered by reading the FAQ at the top of the page. You can also search for the info as well.
Engine oil should be about 10 liters with a oil filter, 10W40 or 15 W 50.
Power steering about 3/4 of a liter from empty.( use Dextron 3... not power steering fluid)
Coolant about 16 liters with 8 being coolant
ATF Auto trans from empty with the torque converter drained about 10 liters of Dextron 3.
Differential 75 W90 GL5 about 3 to 4 liters
Brake fluid suggest to use ATE brand and it will take about 1 liter to flush and bleed system ( you can use either the Blue or gold colored ATE fluid)
Washer tank about 8 liters of windshield washer solvent

Some good service info including transmission and engine oil change and a lot more:

You should also read the sticky thread at the top of the 928 forum page:

Lastly, what year and transmission type is your friends 928? Depending on the type of engine, your friend might want to change the timing belt if the cars been sitting for a lot of years.
Best of luck!
edit: If your friends car is a manual 5-speed transmission, then its 4.5 litres of differential fluid, and obviously no Auto Trans. Fluid in the gearbox (altho' there's still some in the power steering).
