Any update on people that have installed these fenders? I remember either Louie or someone else mentioning that the scew holes start to ghost through.

Brendan,
Use either epoxy or urethane non shrinking filler. Not polyester like normal body filler. Then let it sit for 6 months or so before final painting.

It depends on what the resin is. Polyester, will shrink.

Is it possible to get hold of these fender flares anymore? Was I dreaming, or did someone say that they have the molds for these?

Loueee lives on. I do not know if the molds are still available, but will check...

Lets see how many are left with the flares???

At least two: Loueee and the Veninger race car are around... John V's race car is for sale...

Matthias, why not buy yourself a Strosek-car which is as wide as you wish.

Åke, I never get tired looking at your Strosek 928s, but what I like with the Ott fender flares is that it only is the rear fenders that get wider. On the Strosek cars, the wide body flares extends to the rear part of the doors.

It would be very nice of you to check!
A bit expensive to buy a whole car, when you only want the rear fender flares

I have a pair of them that I never got a round to installing. Shoot me a PM if you want me to dig them out and take pics.

I also have a pair of factory, never installed GTS full rear quarters that I might be talked out of. I guess those must be getting pretty scarce also ?

I have the molds and plan on making a set as soon as I find the time. Been slaving over my 78 getting it ready to race. I am making them out of carbon fiber as opposed to fiberglass. Thinner and easier to mold in, lighter and stronger as well and I hate working with fiberglass resin.
