Ow! My eyes!

Even if it weren't fugly, what effect do you suppose those front offsets will have on the handling? Don't even get me started on the useless 911 air intake on the hood, or the headlights...

I like the hood but I guess it rules out driving the car in the rain.

not necessarily. Baffles can be put in place so that water doesn't go where it shouldn't.

With "only" an 8 1/2 inch front rim Dave is correct the offsets / scrub radius would be way off , it probably could have used 10-11 inch rims on all four corners

Actually, that hood vent is not useless. See the other pics of how they deleted the air box and there's a cone filter sticking directly out from the throttle body, close enough to that vent. Make up some plastic covers/baffles and you could pull all the air from it. But then you may have to make that hole bigger...

I think the front of the car with the 993 headlights actually looks kinda cool. But the rear is hideous. It reminds me of the original knight rider transformed into "super pursuit" mode.

I remember that guy posting on here a long time ago...

I think he did most of the work himself.
I remember him discussing the headlights especially.

But yes, I agree that the AIR front air dam does not go very
well with the rest of the widebody parts. It sticks out too much
and is too pointy.

I bet that one is LOADED with problems.

Better have a fire truck follow you home, even if it's on a trailer.

I kind of like this car...as wide body cars go. Someone has put a TON of time and money into this thing! Still needs a TON MORE unfortunately!

Hmmm, I like the idea, but not this actual car. I REALLy like the 997 head lights! Leads me to think that this is what Porsche may have done had they continued the 928 production. (Note to self...997 headlights for future 928 project)

This certainly does look like an AIR kit as these were the hideous front fenders that I ripped off of my cabriolet and sold to some race guy in Cali.

I too do not like the way the rear fenders are not "attached" to the rear bumper cover.

I think if the car were just smooth (rounded like, bulbous fenders) it would have a nice appeal, rather than the dated 80's angular wide body look.

On another note, I don't think I will EVER buy another none running 928 in my life. I can tell you first hand that it is a serious can of worms from a work standpoint

They should cover the headlight holes and move them where the fog lights are. besides the Headlights, its not half bad.

The car has lost the 928 look. Over modified for my taste but what do I know.

Angel...seriously??? I guess it is an acquired look , but not for my tastes, That's why I dumped the front end on my car. At least using the round 997 headlights keep the 928 look rather than lose them all together.
