There were also booklets made for salesman when GTS and 968 first came available. They have info like comparisons between new model and its main competitors and instruction what features to emphasize if customer brings up some other models good points. In case of GTS there were comparisons to atleast BMW 850, MB 500SL and Ferrari Testarossa. I should have GTS version in PDF somewhere.

I didn't forget them. They were not meant for average consumer. More to magazines and such to inform latest changes in model lineup. Many times pictures in them were used in magazines in short stories which gave latest model news. Sometimes picture used in magazine was in color even when package contained only B&W photo. There were obviously more material available from importer of factory if journalists asked.

Sadly old scanner do not work with current Windows. If it did I could scan fairly complete brochure collection. There's probably some which many people haven't seen.

Erkka, it'd be risky as hell to ship your brochure collection, but I'd happily pay postage both ways so I could do some high quality scans- I have access to a large format scanner here. Feel free to say no but I'd be happy to do it.

Interesting offer but I think I can get new scanner for fraction of shipping costs. Brochure pile is something like 15 inches tall and very heavy. Other option is to dig up some old PC which works together with old scanner. I should have OCR and PDF software around so documents can be made seachable.
