Spent the entire day searching through the 928 electrical manuals to find out why the flasher relay in my 1982 928 buzzes when the key is turned to the on position. Once the engine is started all directional signals work and the flasher works, but the buzz still continues. Confirmed good ground with jumper wire but it still buzzes. Swapped relay with two others: one buzzed and the other clicked continuously so it's not the relay. Looked through previous threads but could not find one that discussed this specific problem. I've run out of idea! Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

 

Clean & tighten the grounds above the CE panel
