Default anyone have a flat black 928?

One of my dream cars would be a gts 928 , but in flat black.
Any pics out there?
Love to see it.

Yesturday I spotted a C5vette in flat black and it wasn't in primer either.
Talk about an understated mean machine.

There is a flat green one in Europe I believe.

Prepare to be flamed for suggesting such a paint job for a GTS...

Significant cars with flat black jobs look so mean.

I don't think I have seen a 928 like this, but I did see a Ferrari 599 w/ a flat black wrap on it... There were a few places where you could see the underlying color and it was Rosso Corsa under the flat black. I like the idea of wraps because if you get tired of it you can change it out for MUCH less money than a whole new paint job...

Ever noticed how the lines of a dark colored car stand out less when it is dirty? That would be a reason not to do it. You'd miss the gorgeous front fender lines for example.

I like a very low sheen matt look. Some of the epoxy primers have it. It can really add a purposefull look to a car. A matt black GTS with some mongo shiny black wheels could have some serious curb appeal, especially with a polished twin screw under the hood...

Be nice if were radar-absorbent paint, too.

I'd like black in semi-gloss.

Remember the blacked-out turbo buicks? Nasty cars.

I have also wanted to do this. There is a cheby SS in my area that has the best looking flat black paint I have ever seen it seems to have an iridescent glow as if some kind of black pearl is hidden in the paint but it is still flat.

I was walking through the town square a while back and saw a Lexus ISF parked there with an amazing matte black paint job. Not flat, but definitely a low-sheen satin finish, very unusual and it looked incredible. They were advertising the paint service, pretty effectively.

The site seems to be down for maintenance, will be up again in 30 minutes. It is worth waiting for, because it's a bad-*** flat black 928... (not mine though)

Default Dash connectors need polarity or position locations

82
The 2-black guides were removed from the dash and I need to know the position of each female connector. The plastic tabs have a guided insert so to not reverse polarity but can mount either way on the dash assembly.
Also does anyone know the reference in the manual as to there numbering and location on the dash. I have repaired a few dash connections and ready to reinstall unit.

Electrical diagram to connector reference on page 97-139 page 97:

M shows 13 connections on schematic
R shows 13 connections on schematic
L shows 12 connections on schematic

Dash has the following:

Drivers side has 12 connections
Passenger side has 12 connections
Back connector side has 14 connections

Did I explain this enough ?
