George, lsd is not supposed to be computer controlled. It's supposed to be placed under the tongue. Wtf are you doing??
When the walls are melting, and pink elephants are dancing around your 928's wheels, you'll know it's working.
Seriously, though, to test if it's working, just do a burnout. If you get one black stripe, it's not working, if you get two black stripes, it is.

An aluminum radiator could be from either Devek or 928 International, depending on how long ago it was installed....it was definitely a desirable upgrade, so be happy you have it.
As for how to do a burnout....as I understand it, one way is to stand on the brake pedal with the left foot and hit the gas with the right foot. But this requires skillz and practice.
Or you could just floor it from a stop, like I do. That's LOADS of fun.
(Oh no....you just made Kevin go outside and throw a car around again.
He said you lose 5 points from your man card for not knowing how to do a burnout. You must go outside right now and learn how to do this immediately in order to redeem yourself. But don't run into a tree!
We'll be waiting to hear back from you how you did. )

I thought you weren't asking any more questions for like two weeks?
Computer-controlled differential is called PSD (Porsche Slip Differential) and is ONLY on 1990-1995 models (in the US.)
Put your model year and transaxle type in your signature.
If your radiator does not have plastic side tanks then it is not a Factory or OEM Behr radiator. Mostly likely it is a Devek radiator. I think some of the Devek units had epoxy glued-on tanks.

All 928 rads are aluminium - what is different about yours?
Your LSD is mechanical not computer controlled. PSD did not arrive until 90 or maybe my LSD just melted on my tongue 8>)

This probably won't be too much help, but: I think that the PSD is computer controlled; and the LSD is simply mechanical. The WSM tell how to check this and there have been several fairly recent posts regarding LSD checking.
About the radiator: there were a couple (or more) after market suppliers of all-aluminum radiators, but since an all-aluminum radiator is quite common, I should think that any good radiator shop should be able to fix the leak for you.
Good luck.
