How about:
Beelzebub (our old friend, the devil - Car number 666 as suggested before)
Gone! (as in what it will hopefully be)
"my wife is wonderful" (acknowledgement of how this came to be)
Annubis (Egyptian Black Jackal-headed god of the underwold)
Bat (since it has no headlights)
"Beautiful", black is... (it's obvious!)
"Black" ("devoid of light" - no headlights)
"Where's the fire" (one of your professional phrases?) ;-)
Ebony (just another name for "black")
"Blackness" (By the way, have you figured out that I REALLLY like black?)
"Black hole, approach with caution!" (nothing can escape it)
Dark(est) Chocolate
Cheeta (not black, but the fastest land animal)
Sketter (always there, always a nusiance)
Peregrine Falcon, (the fastest creature on earth - 273 mph in a dive) or
Maltese Falcon (It was black)(with apologies to Bogie)
Black Mamba (The "shadow of death")
"Stinger" (nothing to do with black unfortunately)
Black Beauty (obviously)
"Passion" (This is what it is, afterall!)

Lots of great ideas......so many to choose from...... midnight has a nice ring....blackbird is cool.....but annubis sounds really cool......
"my wife loves me" is just too long.....or "I married a Dr" ya thats too long too....
Black beast....hmm how about Dark Beast....but I need a wicked motor to fulfill that one....
I already have "sharky" but "darky" just doesn't sound mean enough
