Thanks Tass and family. I had a great time wish I could've stayed longer. Damn wedding. That was the first 928 event Bertha has actually made it to. If they are all like that I'm going to more. although I think the combination of scenery, weather, and garage are going to be tough to beat. Thanks.

Well, I had a great day !
Huge thanks to all who attended, what a great group of car folks
Next year we may have to have a "special interest" catagory......We had a vintage t-bird on steroids ( monster big-block, steamroller tires and supertrap exhausts) that made incredibly cool noise, then in contrast, a vintage two-cylinder BMW roadracer that roared in on 700cc's
If anyone got pics of these two cars..please post them up so the owners can take a bow Fun stuff !
I was to busy socializing to be of any help, but I understand we even got some cars fixed this year !

Tass and Dad worrying if there's enough food and goodies for all the guests. Here's Tass Chef
grilling up some yummy Kielbasa. Hmmm! Kielbasa and Bier.
Boy did they not have to worry. There was soooo much good food. Why did I forget to eat till it was real late.
Bad Bird.
Opposed Twin racer. Yes Francis. That is an opposed twin from the BMW big bike catalogue.
Hmm. Wouldn't it be nice to make it 2 day affair and run the CT fun run that's South east of Tass' compound. Wonder if that Woodie Run can be done in reverse. I-95 up towards Mass.

'twould be easy enough to find a nice route from Tass' to hook up with the CT Fun Run (CTFR) route.
Yes. That's how it started. Boring drive north the the ferry. WTF ride on the ferry and then along River Road BWAAAAAAAAAAAA we're gonna die.....

Tass and Flo,
Thanks for a truly spectaular time. Good friends, great food and a slew of Sharks, what more could a guy want?
Oh, and my mystery noise started up again as soon as I got back home! Sheesh...
Thanks again for a great time!

You mean these, right?
This is from the 'show us your wheel pics' thread. The car belongs to Darkside (Tony C.). I wanted to get a close-up pic of the wheels at the tech session, but I didn't get them.
I gave him a hard time before I left because before I went there, my daughter thought my car was cool. Not anymore. She really likes your car Tony!

The fact you can squeeze 265s in the front without even rolling the fenders make me very doubtful of needing flares on a street driven car.
Those wheels are huge, and a pretty good space-age take on phone dials.
I got to introduce Earl to some locals who don't travel and have not met him before at SITM or Frenzy. His $50 GT measures up well against any of the nice GTs there including Afshin's and Chris' 30K mile '90 GT.
