I'm trying to convince a certain someone that going to MA on a Saturday, and going on a 4 hour fun drive on a Sunday, isn't too much to handle in one weekend.

I'll let you know what transpires, as soon as I am able!

I'm REALLY looking forward to this get together. I haven't been able to do anything 928 related at all this year because work has been insane.

I'm thinking about staying over nearby and hosting a Brunch on Sunday as some local establishment, then a nice run back down toward NY/NJ

Anyone interested??

Rich,
That might work out well...there has been quite a bit of interest from your area. Let me know if I can help you with any of the details.

Dave,
I am happy to arrange for the Brunch, I am not all that familiar with your area so I'll need some basic recommendations for a venue that could handle all of us.

**** How many people from the NYC/NJ area are interested in a Sunday Breakfast/Brunch after the Tech Session on Saturday the 11th???

Can we do a hood alignment on my car? I decided to play with it over the weekend, boy was that a bad idea! Who the hell designed that rediculous hinge assembly with 10 million possible ways of configuring the hood.

It is now sticking up even more than before and the nose is down a bit now. Ugh....

Afshin, I hope my pointing out the problems on mine didn't make you notice something on yours and keep you up at night.

I bought some used hinges to replace mine, so also looking for some help.

No way, I'm just as bad about nitpicking my car apart. Would be good if we attempted this while everyone is still sober.

It just so happens that we have a 928-driving body shop owner coming this year. I will give him a heads up...I'm sure he would be happy to give you a hand.

I also have a few hood spacers, some of which I don't believe I'll need, should they prove helpful for you, although I think if you have all those that came with it, you are set.

Thanks guys, this would be a huge help. I had my wife and son helping on Sunday and needless to say they were very patient putting up with my frustration.

Shane thank you for the spacer offer, honestly I haven't a clue what it will take to get it right. I did notice spacers behind the hinge in the upper section but again I don't know what is right or wrong. At one point I couldn't open the hood without having my son pull the inside handle while I budged the hood to get it to unlatch. Luckily I fixed that!

FYI, since I didn't really have the time to help anyone during the BBQ in August I'm bringing my buffer, pads and products, let me know if anyone needs help.
