Im trying to get my dashboard pod loose to clean
the electrics up and replace som bulbs.
My problem is that the second allen bolt to the right under the
ignition keyhole is impossible to unscrew!
Tried with WD-40, warming it up and more. It seems glued!
How can i get it loose? Can I cut the bolt head off and slip
the pod off? Is it possible to get the rest of the bolt out?
Or is it hard to reach. I don't wanna take a chance here.

One good thing is to have proper tools.
Biltema (who would ever expect Biltema to recomended on Rennlist) has a toolset with hexagon bits for a ratchet. That gives You a good torque, if You have the proper ratchet.
If the screw is glued in place it only takes the initial force to break the glue, and then the srew can be unscrewed freely.
One thing jumps to my mind: There relatively many people from Sweden on Rennlist, at least on the 928 section.
According to official authority records, more than 1100 928's are registered in Sweden. Of those 1100 there 90 GT's out of 1620 GT's made.
We have 9 million inhabitants. And some of those are driving Volvo's and Saab's.

Well, its stucked. Reeeaaally stucked. And the head is soon almost ruined by force
attempts to unscrew it. I have proper tools but it won't budge.

I've used the Grab It extractors successfully numerous times on many interior allen/socket heads. Sometimes you have to tap them a bit so they grab and other times I've used a drill to enlarge the socket so you can use the next bigger size.
Their ad shows them being used in a power driver, but they work great with just a wrench.
They work on the seat rail bolts, steering column mount, and the pod mounting.
No affiliation, but I wouldn't be without them.
