I blew my air belt off of my S/C 86 and checked everything and am not sure why this happened. I am thinking the S/C caused it but all other belts are fine. While looking at the belts it seems some have the ribs on the outside tracks others on the inside. What is the correct way to position the belts, ribs on the inside or outside. The new air belt a Dayco seems to have a reduced bevel on the smoothe side others look the same no reduced bevel. Any feed back?
